Mr Liu brings over 20 years of global experience, leading China-relations strategy and cross-border collaboration for the fund. He has held senior roles supporting UK–China enterprises, taken part in China–EU and China–UK summits, and built a wide network through WRSA and major cultural-diplomacy activities. As chief China representative at the Berkshire Hathaway shareholders’ meeting and the China–US investment forum, he has convened legislators, Fortune 500 leaders and global experts at key bilateral meetings. He is known for his bridging role in high-impact China–foreign collaboration that connects business, academia and government.

Tigger Wang, PhD, is a Senior Economist and the founder and Chairman of Shenzhen Xuzi Technology. He is a member of the International PCI Security Committee and Standing Vice-Chairman of the Shenzhen Financial Services Outsourcing Association. He founded Xuzi in 2003 around a commercial encrypting PIN pad, as Chinese banks moved to domestic hardware. Drawing on the Shenzhen supply chain, the company grew from financial encryption peripherals into cryptographic hardware, financial self-service equipment, AI industry terminals and cross-border payments. He now heads several Xuzi companies, expanding into cross-border finance, medical AI, medication-delivery robots and education technology.

Ms Zhuang is the founder and a director of ACCM International Consulting Group, with close to two decades in cross-border trade, technology commercialisation and public diplomacy. She is International Cooperation Director of the China Rehabilitation Summit at the China International Import Expo (2024–2026), a director of the Australian Rehabilitation Institute, and a guest lecturer at the University of Sydney Business School. She represented Australia at the United Nations dialogue on global AI governance, focusing on healthcare AI and inclusive innovation. Her appointments include Certified Global Ambassador of the United Nations Global Council for Responsible AI (GCRAI), the Australia service station of the Beijing Digital Enterprise Going-Global Base, and Investment Promotion Ambassador for the Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone.
